We design and build panels to UL 508A principles — proper SCCR calculation, labeling practice, and wiring standards — from day one. ProShank is a new entity and hasn't pursued UL 508A listing yet, so panels don't carry a UL label; what you get instead is the engineering discipline behind the listing, documented and on file, plus custom enclosures fabricated, harnessed, and labeled to your spec, thermally modeled before the first hole is punched.
What we handle
Custom enclosure fabrication sized and rated for your environment. Wire harness assembly with labeling standards matched to your plant's existing convention. Thermal management modeling so a fully populated panel doesn't derate itself in a hot mechanical room.
How we work
Every panel is point-to-point tested against the as-built drawing set before it ships, with a signed continuity report included in the handoff package alongside a bill of materials verified against real component lead times — not catalog assumptions.
